Microwave Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 c. cooked macaroni
Preparation
    Melt butter in 2 quart casserole on 100% power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
    Stir
    in\tflour, salt and then milk.
    Cook on 50% power 8
    to
    10
    minutes,
    until\tmixture
    thickens.
    Add mustard and cheese;
    stir
    to
    blend.
    Mix in cooked macaroni and cook\ton 50% power for 10 minutes, until bubbling.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
