Scrambled Egg Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    12 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown sausage and drain. In a bowl, beat eggs and add onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spoon by 1/3 cupfuls into well-greased muffin cups. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Yield: 1 dozen.
