Key West Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1/2 c. Key lime juice
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
green food coloring
4 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lime juice
Preparation

Beat the egg yolks until light and lemon colored.
Add 1/2 cup Key lime juice.
Beat in the contents of the can of sweetened condensed milk and green food coloring to attain a natural lime tint.
Pour the custard into a baked pie crust.
