Kidney Bean And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can dark or light red kidney beans, drained
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can whole small onions, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped red or green pepper
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
4 slices crisply cooked crumbled bacon (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In 1 1/2-quart round casserole, combine beans, corn, onions, tomato sauce and red pepper; mix lightly. Bake 40 minutes.
Top with cheese and bacon.
Continue baking 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Makes 6 servings.
