Cuban Beef With Rice(Serving Size: 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/3 c. raisins
    2 ribs sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    12 sliced green olives
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
    Brown in frying pan.
    Add remaining ingredients except olives.
    Cover and simmer 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
    Can use pressure cooker for 12 minutes instead.
    Uncover.
    Simmer until nearly all liquid evaporates. Stir in sliced olives and serve over rice.
