Onion Rings And Fritter Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 beaten egg yolks
    3/4 c. flat beer
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Place first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    Allow batter to rest, covered, and refrigerate for 3 hours to 3 days. Just before using, add 2 stiffly beaten egg whites.
