Mexicali Cheese-Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1 small jar pimentos, drained
    pepper to taste
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 dash hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In large bowl with fork or whisk, beat eggs until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until firm. Makes 4 servings.
