Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cranberries, washed and stemmed
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Mix cranberries and raisins.
    Combine the sugar and flour and mix this with the fruit.
    Add the water and lemon peel and place the filling in an unbaked pie shell.
    Cover with the top crust and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
