Cinnamon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 slices fresh white bread, trim crusts
    1 c. butter
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    cinnamon and sugar
Preparation
    Make a light brown mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
    Cream together butter, cream cheese, egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar. Spread creamed mixture on bread and roll up.
    Brush with butter and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Freeze! Bake for 15 minutes in a 400\u00b0 preheated oven.
    Do not thaw before baking. Serve warm.
    Yields 48 roll-ups.
