Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. roughly crumbled corn bread
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped pea size
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped parsley
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pickles (of choice)
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1 small can peas (1 c.)
3/4 c. Shoe Peg or whole kernel corn
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Add all ingredients except mayonnaise.
Mix good with hands. Add mayonnaise.
Taste and cover.
Chill several hours before serving.
