Spaghetti Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can mushroom pieces
    3 cans tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can tomato juice
    1 can bouillon
    3 stalks celery (whole)
Preparation
    Lightly brown meat in 1/4 cup olive oil; add onions, pepper and garlic.
    Mix sauce, paste and juice in large saucepan; add meat and rinse skillet with bouillon and add to mixture.
    Add celery (whole) and remove when ready to serve.
    Cook slowly about 3 hours.
    Add mushroom pieces 30 minutes before serving.
