Charlotte'S Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. apple pulp
    5 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put pulp in crock-pot (5 quart) with sugar and spices.
    Cook on high for 8 hours without lid.
    Stir occasionally.
    Put in jelly jars and seal.
