Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix pumpkin with eggs, sugar, salt and spices.
    Stir in milk. Pour into custard cups.
    Set cups in shallow pan of hot water to 2/3 of sides.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until firm.
