Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 (20 oz. each) cans creamed corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix (1 c.)
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Fry bacon;
    drain and crumble, reserving drippings.
    In bacon drippings,
    saute
    green peppers, onion and celery until tender. Combine sauteed vegetables and bacon, eggs, evaporated milk, corn, green chilies and corn bread mix.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Melt
    margarine
    in
    bottom
    of
    9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Add corn mixture
    and
    bake
    at
    350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
