Brown Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken-flavored bouillon cube
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. uncooked brown rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (2.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
Preparation
    Combine bouillon cube and water in a 1-quart casserole; stir until dissolved.
    Add remaining ingredients, except celery; stir. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes; add celery, cover and bake 10 minutes more.
