Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes shells (approximately 60)
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. cracker meal
    1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    sauce
Preparation
    Parboil shells and rinse with cool water.
    Drain spinach completely.
    Mix ingredients together with the spinach.
    Using a tablespoon, stuff each shell, placing shells on wax paper as you go along.
    Flash freeze shells for 2 to 3 hours.
    Store in Ziploc bag in freezer.
    From freezer, place shells in a pan.
    Do not let shells touch each other.
    Cover each shell with sauce.
    Cover pan with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Great to do ahead for parties!
