Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. sharp cheese
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 tsp. red hot sauce
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Let cheese
    and
    butter or oleo set at room temperature to soften.
    Cream
    well.
    Sift
    flour;
    divide
    into
    thirds, adding a third of flour at a time to all other ingredients and mix well. Shape
    mixture
    into
    small
    balls with hands, then place on cookie
    sheet
    and
    mash 3 times with fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
