Lemon Chess Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
butter (size of egg, 2 Tbsp.)
2/3 c. milk
4 eggs
2 lemons
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
Preparation

Mix together flour, meal and sugar.
Beat egg yolks; add to them the milk.
Add melted butter; add lemon juice.
Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Add the liquid mixture to the egg whites, folding in until smooth.
Pour batter into two unbaked pie shells.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned and solid to the shake.
