Garlic Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 garlic cloves (more or less, depending on your taste)
    salt and pepper
    regular olive oil or the kind flavored with basil (about 1 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and garlic in water and chicken broth, uncovered, until potatoes are tender and almost all liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
    Mash the contents; add salt and pepper to your taste and olive oil.
    Mix well.
    The basil olive oil adds a nice fragrant and flavor.
