Pecan-Orange Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 sweet potatoes, cooked
    2 oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Cut potatoes crosswise in 1/2-inch slices.
    Alternate layers of potatoes and orange slices in casserole.
    Combine cornstarch, brown sugar and salt.
    Add peel and butter.
    Pour in orange juice and cook until thickened.
    Pour over potatoes and top with pecans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Serves 8.
