Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    9 slices white bread, crust removed
    1 stick butter
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage over low heat until done and a crumbly consistency; drain and set aside.
    Spread butter on bread and cut into cubes.
    Place bread in a 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Sprinkle sausage on bread and cheese on top of sausage.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat well and pour over cheese.
    Chill 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until brown.
    Serves 8 to 10.
