Strawberry Jello Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small or 1 large box strawberry jello
1 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
2 small boxes frozen strawberries
2 angel food cakes (ready made or homemade)
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water, then add cold water.
Add frozen strawberries.
Place in refrigerator until partially set, then add cakes which have been broken into small chunks, about the size of walnuts.
Pour mixture into mold or tube pan and return to refrigerator until firm.
Remove from pan or mold and frost with whipped cream.
(May use Cool Whip if preferred.)
