Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unbleached enriched white flour
    1 c. sifted whole wheat flour
    1 tsp.salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. ice water
Preparation
    Re-sift the flours and salt together.
    Beat with a fork the oil and ice water until emulsified.
    Pour over flour all at once, tossing lightly to mix.
    Form quickly into a ball, handling as little as possible.
    Divide in half and roll out each half between sheets of waxed paper or heavy plastic.
    Remove top paper and fit loosely into pie pan.
    For single baked crust, prick bottom and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 2 crusts.
