Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken, cooked and deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 can broth from cooking chicken
16 oz. sour cream
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
onion flakes to your taste
Preparation

Cut up chicken and add remaining ingredients.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt 1 stick of butter and crush 1 stack of saltines. Mix and sprinkle on top of chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly. This is excellent served with noodles.
