Hawaiian Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. corn oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 pkg. coconut
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 small can pineapple (crushed), drained
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    in
    one\tbowl with wooden spoon. Pour into
    greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.\tBake at 350\u00b0 about 55 minutes.
