Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/4 c. raw long-grain rice (I use Comet rice)
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef consomm
4 oz. can mushrooms (undrained)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Melt margarine in casserole in preheated 350\u00b0 oven. Stir in other ingredients. Cover tightly with foil. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an
hour. Check. If watery or soupy, uncover and cook 5 minutes more. Serves 8.
