Hors D'Oeuvres Cheese Dip(Microwave Oven) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. processed cheese spread, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1/4 c. beer (drink the rest)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento (optional)
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Place cheese spread cubes in 2-quart casserole.
    Microwave at 50% power for 3 to 6 minutes or until melted, stirring once.
    Beat in beer and garlic with wire whip until smooth.
    Microwave at High until heated, about 1 minute; garnish with pimiento and parsley.
