Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, except pecans.
Put in freezer until firm.
Roll in ball, then roll in chopped pecans.
Serve on Ritz or Town House crackers.
