Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cakes yeast (Fleischmann's)
3/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. warm water
2 eggs
5 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Put yeast in water and set aside. Add shortening and sugar to buttermilk.
Beat eggs; add to yeast, then combine into milk mixture.
Make a well in flour and add ingredients.
Cover with cloth and allow to rise to top of bowl.
Put in refrigerator to chill. Roll out like biscuits and let rise 45 minutes.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
