3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
2 eggs
3 egg whites
1 (14 oz.) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) can fat-free evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, cook and stir sugar until melted and golden, about 15 minutes. Quickly pour into an ungreased 2-quart round baking dish, tilting to coat the bottom. Let stand for 10 minutes.
