Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup with 1 can water
1 stick oleo
crushed potato chips to cover the casserole
Preparation

Mix cheese, onion, soup and sour cream in a bowl; add salt and pepper.
Put hash browns in glass dish (9 x 13-inches).
Pour all ingredients over the top, then the melted butter and sprinkle with chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
