Country Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cube steak
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Flour steak; salt and pepper.
    Fry good and brown.
    Remove from pan.
    Pour off some grease, leaving about 2 tablespoons grease.
    Add about 3 to 4 tablespoons flour; mix and brown.
    Add hot water; stir and bring to a boil.
    Turn down heat.
    Add steak; simmer for about 5 hours.
    Keep checking to see if you need to add water.
