Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground meat
    2 c. chopped green cabbage
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 carrots, cut in small pieces
    1 medium potato, cubed
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. can stewing tomatoes
    1/2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 can beef broth
    2 cans water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, cook meat until it loses red color.
    Add remaining ingredients except peas.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer, uncovered, for 50 minutes.
    Add peas; cover and cook 15 minutes longer.
    Serve hot with garlic bread.
    This freezes well.
    Just heat and serve.
