Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef roast (2 to 4 lb.)
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 oz. Durkee's Italian seasoning
    1 pkg. Campbell's onion soup mix
Preparation
    Boil roast covered with water, seasoning and soup mix until tender.
    Shred and add bouillon cubes.
    Stir.
    Simmer 15 minutes. Serve on Italian bread with peppers.
