White Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large clove garlic
    2 cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    1 c. lightly packed fresh basil leaves
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    Crudites
    pita chips
Preparation
    In a food processor, mince garlic.
    Add beans; puree.
    Add remaining ingredients; process until basil is finely chopped. Serve at room temperature or chilled with Crudites and pita chips.
