Icebox Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 1/2 c. Raisin Bran
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Add flour, baking soda and salt slowly mixing in with the buttermilk. Mix well, then add raisins and Raisin Bran. Stir in well. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes in lined muffin tins. The batter will keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 weeks.
