Marinated Duck Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 wild Mallard ducks
    Italian salad dressing (1 c.)
    garlic salt
    bacon
    jalapeno slices
Preparation
    Fillet duck breasts on each side.
    Slice filleted breasts into strips 1/2-inch wide and 3 to 4-inches long.
    Put strips, Italian dressing, jalapeno slices and garlic salt in plastic bag. Refrigerate for 24 to 36 hours.
