Lynda'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 doz. hard-boiled eggs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bunch radishes, sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise (approximately)
    4 to 6 dill pickles, chopped
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. pickle juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins in microwave until soft but still a little firm.
    Cool.
    Peel and cut in chunks. Grate eggs.
    Mix salt, pepper, onion, potatoes, radishes and eggs.
    Mash any large chunks of potatoes.
    Add mayo, mustard, pickles and juice.
    Mix to desired consistency.
    Chill.
