Tex-Mex Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size, black-skinned avocados
    2 tsp. fresh lime or lemon juice
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    1 small tomato, seeded and finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. seeded and finely chopped fresh or canned green chili pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced, fresh cilantro or parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Halve the avocados lengthwise and scoop the flesh into a medium size bowl.
    Add the lime juice and salt.
    Mash with a fork, mixing well.
    Add the green onions, tomato, garlic, green chili pepper and cilantro.
    Blend well.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
