Quick Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 3/4 c. milk
5 c. potatoes, sliced thin
5 slices cheese
Preparation

Slice potatoes into casserole dish.
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour gradually.
Add salt and milk.
Stir constantly until thick.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake 10 to 15 minutes until melted.
