Autumn Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. cubed potatoes
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
pepper
4 large, peeled tomatoes or 1 can diced tomatoes
Preparation

Brown ground meat with onion, celery and garlic.
Drain off fat.
Add water.
Bring to boil.
Add salt, carrots, potatoes and spices.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
Add tomatoes.
Heat through and serve.
