Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Measure sifted flour. Add sugar, then Crisco.
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Dissolve yeast in 1 1/2 cups warm water.
    To flour mixture, add buttermilk and yeast.
    Knead and roll out.
    Cut as for biscuits.
    Put butter or margarine on half of biscuit, then fold over other half.
    Pinch edges.
    Let stand and rise or bake at once.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
