Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. shortening (don't use oil)
2 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. lukewarm water (110~)
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Cut shortening in.
Add buttermilk. Dissolve yeast in water; add to mixture.
(Add extra flour, if needed.)
Stir.
Roll dough; cut into shapes.
Let rise 10 minutes before baking.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Can be put in plastic bags and frozen.
Will make 60.
