Pasta Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1\\4 lb. Bacon
    1\\4 lb. Butter (1 stick)
    1 C. Milk
    2 tbsp. Wine Vinegar
    1 lb. Pasta
    2 Eggs, whipped
    1-3 C. Cheese, grated
    Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut bacon into pieces and cook in butter until clear. Heat milk in small pan, add bacon and butter mixture. Add vinegar, will turn milk to cheese. Simmer for 15 min., until sauce cooks smooth. Boil your favorite pasta, al dente. Drain and return to pan. Quickly throw in whipped eggs, bacon sauce and cheese. Add salt and pepper, garlic (if you like) toss and serve.
    Serves 6-8.
