Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. fresh or bottled lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 salmon steaks
    fresh dill, chopped
Preparation
    Mix mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to make a paste. Place 4 salmon steaks, skin side down, in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Spread on mustard paste. Bake at 450\u00b0 approximately 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh dill.
