Ingredients

4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 (7 oz.) can coconut
2 c. milk (canned half and half)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Mix everything in order listed.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Can be baked in dish without pie shells.
