Easy Stuffed Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 c. instant uncooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 soup can of water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion in skillet, drain.
    In bowl mix soup, water, rice, salt and pepper, and hamburger mixture.
    Set aside.
    Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray on bottom and sides.
    Evenly spread cabbage in casserole dish, pour soup mixture on top of cabbage, salt and pepper again.
    Cover with casserole lid or aluminum foil.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, remove cover or foil and bake 1/2 hour or until topping becomes slightly crisp.
    DO NOT over bake.
