Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmons
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cloves, ground
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mash persimmons.
    Mix nuts, raisins, persimmon pulp, sugar and oil.
    Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with milk to first mixture.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a greased 10-inch tube pan.
