Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    2 garlic bulbs
    3 green peppers
    5 or 6 drops tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    3 pints of chopped onions
    1 pint cooking oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    8 small cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes and run through a sieve.
    Put tomatoes back into a large pot and cook all ingredients but the tomato paste together for about 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Then add tomato paste and simmer for 30 more minutes.
    Put into hot jars, leaving 1/2 inch or more head room, and seal.
