Hot Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
Preparation
    Mix and heat.
    Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese (Cheddar) and crushed Fritos.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
